22,530-byte custom binary. Decoding it settles whether the M3 disc set is a true trilingual master (one disc, three languages at runtime) or a single-language regional pressing. Currently treated as trilingual from the install-script language constants and the LANG.FTL name. See docs/sources/amiga-eu.md.
