Read-only inventory view per champion.

Scope

• Layout mirroring the game's inventory: hands, body slots, neck, pouches, scabbards, backpack, plus the held item.
• Item names; icons if jqueuniet/dm2-tools#334 provides them.
• Containers marked as such (opening them comes later).
• Hidden or disabled when context files are not loaded, with a hint to add them.

Acceptance

• Inventory shown matches dm2 save inventory --show for each fixture champion.

Blocked by jqueuniet/dm2-tools#333, jqueuniet/dm2-tools#334, and the context-file loading issue.
