Extend the champion form beyond HP.

Scope

  • Stamina, mana, food, water (cur/max where applicable). Already in the save JSON.
  • Mac stamina: display stored value / 10, write back × 10 (see dm2-tools Champion stamina caveat).
  • Abilities (7 × cur / max / enhanced), hero type, aura, once exposed.
  • Input ranges follow each field's encodable range.

Acceptance

  • Each field edited in the UI matches dm2 save champion --set output for the same value.

Blocked by jqueuniet/dm2-tools#330 (abilities part only; the rest can land first).
