  • Build fails on a v* tag not matching package.json version, before anything is published.
  • New release job after publish-image: creates the Forgejo release with the version's CHANGELOG.md section as notes; hyphenated tags are prereleases; skips if the release exists.
  • scripts/changelog-section.sh + test, run in CI.
  • README: releasing steps.

Untested on the runner until the next tag.
